It's a shift away from silos and competition, and toward a region where resources flow with intention, equity, and trust.

Nonprofits and community leaders across San Diego are navigating a critical moment — rising community needs, shifting government funding, funding uncertainty, staff burnout, and increasing political volatility.
At the same time, many communities and organizations are being asked to do more with less, often working separately and competing for limited resources. Decisions about funding are often made far from the communities most impacted, and resources can move slowly or not reach where they are needed most.
