What if we moved resources differently in San Diego?

We’re building the relationships, collective power, and bold initiatives needed to transform how resources are generated, moved, and redistributed across San Diego.

Why now

San Diego’s nonprofits and community leaders are navigating a critical moment: rising community needs, shifting government and philanthropic funding, staff burnout, and increasing political volatility. These challenges aren’t new. For too long, organizations and communities have been asked to do more with less—often working in silos, competing for limited resources, and making decisions without the people most impacted at the center.

What if we changed that? What if communities were at the center of how our region makes decisions, builds partnerships, and moves resources?

We believe San Diego has the relationships, knowledge, and collective power to do things differently—to build a culture of shared abundance and community leadership, while transforming how resources move into our communities.
